Annie got a new dress for her baptism. Grandma had asker her what shoes she was going to wear. She said barefoot. She was showing her "bare feet". I decided to put her in a tree and make it look like she was jumping out of the tree.

I have been having some fun with Adobe Elements 6 in putting together some fun pictures. This is just one example. I will add another.

Updated List

Hi family! Heidi here!

I have an updated address and birthday list but I can't figure out how to attach a document on here. (I know you can attach video and pics but CAN you attach word docs on here?) I'll send this via email to everyone. I know some of you have every one of these addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and birthdays memorized. But for those of you who are like me and regularly forget them, I hope this can help. I print it out and put it up on my fridge or next to my calendar so I see it often. So since Lydia is next, Happy second birthday Lydia!

This is a picture from the back fence looking toward the patio.  Notice the flower.  I took this picture today (Feb 12th).  The flowers are starting to come out in bloom.  Temperature has been between 65 and 75 for the last week.  It is pretty hard to take.

We just recently got  new fence.  The old fence was old and some of it had been destroyed by a falling tree in the last hurricane.

Molecules

The following conversation took place a few weeks ago:

Parker: "Dad, we have to talk!"
Me: "OK Buddy, what about?"
Parker: "Molecules!"
Me: "Eh?"
Parker: "Molecules are these tiny little things that fly through the air and they go up your nose."

Our Brough Blog Name

Hey everyone! It's fun to see you all joining the blog. I put a poll up regarding the name of our blog and didn't realize I needed to have all of the choices up before people voted. Davie suggested "Georgia Brown." Any other suggestions? Post as a comment below, and then I'll do a poll for real & we can all vote. :)

We awoke this morning with the sounds of children playing outside.  It was a pleasant sound.  We wondered why we could hear the children.  We had never heard them before.  We looked outside and found out that it had snowed.  They had canceled school and  were in the yard making snowmen and playing in the snow.  For many of them it was a "first time" experience.  It was fun to watch...

This is where we spend most of our time.  It is a small temple, about 10,000 sq ft.  There is writing on the front that says:  House of The Lord, Holiness to The Lord.  We count ourselves very blessed to enter the temple and know that everyone in our family has completed for themselves all of the required ordinances for the Celestial Kingdom.  We Love You all!

For our first entry, we thought we'd post pictures of the last visit we had with Grandma & Pappy before they headed off to Louisiana. They drove all the way to Tucson just so we could see them one last time, and their visit meant the world to us. We love and miss you, Grandma & Pappy! You are great Uno players and the best grandparents in the world.
