We awoke this morning with the sounds of children playing outside. It was a pleasant sound. We wondered why we could hear the children. We had never heard them before. We looked outside and found out that it had snowed. They had canceled school and were in the yard making snowmen and playing in the snow. For many of them it was a "first time" experience. It was fun to watch...

BRRR! It looks chilly there! We have all but forgotten it is winter because our kids are wearing shorts! It's like we live on another planet! :)
Woke up to the sounds of children playing? How late to you guys sleep in now? Boy things have changed. I remember when Dad used to wake up before even the rooster. Do you all remember that bull horn Dad used to use to round us all up for scriptures?
I should have said that "I noticed children playing while I was in the office studying". Mom was the one who had been sleeping.
